An LED video wall is like a large screen of individual modules (50cm x 50cm). Each module contains thousands of RGB LEDs (red, green, blue). Together they display videos, presentations, or live content.

The LED video wall is controlled by a video processor (controller) that synchronizes all modules. This controller is, of course, included when you rent a video wall from us.

At trade fairs, an LED video wall is used to:
• Generate maximum attention at the exhibition stand
• Present products on a large scale
• Make brand messages visible
• Display animated content instead of static prints

An LED video wall can be flexibly integrated into almost any booth concept:

• Freestanding with a floor frame
• Built into a back wall
• Hanging from truss
• As a corner solution
• As a custom shape or curved wall
We work closely with stand builders and ensure that the LED video wall is perfectly integrated into your booth design, both technically and visually.

Yes. An LED video wall can also be used like an external monitor. Typical connection options are:
• HDMI
• DisplayPort.

Your laptop is connected to our controller (video processor), which scales the signal to the LED wall. PowerPoint presentations, videos, or live images can be displayed without any problems.

However, we strongly recommend having your content checked by us beforehand to ensure optimal image quality.

Direct USB playback is not supported by professional LED video walls. When you rent our equipment, we provide:
• A media player or
• A laptop with the correct software.
The content is played via these devices. We recommend having your videos checked beforehand to ensure the resolution and aspect ratio are optimally suited to the LED wall.

For many trade show applications, a permanent on-site technician is not required. Typical procedure:
• Setup and configuration by our team
• Technical briefing
• Standby support
However, for complex applications (e.g., live shows, camera signals, sound engineering, changing presentations), we recommend booking a technician from our team.

We recommend installation by our trained technicians.
LED video walls require:
• Precise alignment
• Electrical protection
• Correct signal distribution
For safety and liability reasons, we usually handle the transportation, assembly, installation, and dismanting.

Power consumption depends on size, brightness, and pixel pitch.
Average power consumption is approximately 150–260 watts per square meter.
Maximum power consumption can reach up to 750 watts per square meter for short periods.
Example: A 10 m² LED video wall typically requires about 1.5–3 kW. When switched on, power consumption can briefly reach up to 8 kW.
We calculate the required power connection in advance and coordinate it with your exhibition stand builder.

Each 50 x 50 cm module weighs approximately 8–9 kg.
Additionally, the following must be considered:
• Substructure
• Base frame
• Truss or rigging systems
Especially at trade fairs, structural stability is crucial. We check the following in advance:
• Floor load capacity
• Suspension options
• Integration into the stand construction
If required, we collaborate with specialized companies.

The resolution of an LED video wall depends on the pixel pitch and the overall size. Typical pixel pitches for trade shows:
• 1.95 mm
• 2.6 mm
• 2.9 mm
A 1.95 mm module (50 x 50 cm) has a resolution of 256 x 256 pixels.
Example: A 4 x 3 m LED video wall with a 1.95 mm pitch results in 2056 x 1536 pixels. This is a higher resolution than Full HD.
